1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns, unless defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at fabribondofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this period, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
